Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate all our clients as best as we can. However, in order to maintain a smooth schedule and provide quality service, we have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations with 24 hours' Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-Show / No-Call: If you miss your appointment without notifying us (a no-call, no-show), the full 100% of the service fee will be charged.
